1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Five Crown Gaming N.V. ("Bingo Aruba", "we"), registered in Aruba at Pitastraat 2a, Oranjestad, Aruba. By creating an account or buying a card, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who can play
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must provide accurate information: your real name, a working phone number, and email address.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and prizes voided.
- We may ask for proof of identity and age before paying out a prize.
3. Your account
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, multiple accounts, or cheating.
4. Wallet, POINTS, and buying cards
- Your wallet balance is held in POINTS. The rate is 1 AWG = 100 POINTS.
- You can fund your wallet with Pay.aw (in AWG), redeem codes, or other payment methods enabled at checkout. The amount and the POINTS you will receive are shown before you confirm.
- POINTS are used to buy bingo cards, Premium membership, and shop items. POINTS have no cash value outside the platform, cannot be transferred to other players, and cannot be exchanged back to cash, unless we state otherwise for a specific promotion.
- Bonus and reward POINTS (daily bonus, streaks, promotions) are promotional credits and may carry their own conditions, announced at the time.
- Cards can also be bought with cash at official retail outlets listed on our Retail Outlets page.
- All card sales are final. Once a game has started, cards cannot be refunded. If we cancel a game, we will refund your cards or credit your wallet - your choice.
5. Games and draws
- Game dates, times, rounds, and prizes are announced on the website and our social channels.
- Draws happen live on our stream. The numbers drawn by the official system are final.
- You can play in Manual, Semi-Auto, or Automatic mode (Automatic mode requires Premium or is included with certain bundles). In all modes, our game engine tracks your cards against the official draw.
- If your screen ever shows something different from the official game record, the official game record decides.
6. Winning and prizes
How wins are verified and paid is described in our Prize & Winner Rules, which are part of these terms. In short: wins are detected automatically, verified against the official draw record, may require photo ID (18+), and are paid out as described on that page.
7. Premium membership
- Premium costs AWG 50.00 (5,000 POINTS) per month (30 days) and unlocks automatic play mode, premium daily rewards, and a 5% discount on store items.
- Premium fees are not refundable once the membership period has started, except where the law says otherwise.
- Benefits and pricing may change for future periods; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
8. Free offers and daily bonus
- Free card bundles are limited to one per person, not per account. Abusing free offers with multiple accounts leads to account closure and voided prizes.
- The daily bonus and streak rewards are promotional and can be changed or ended at any time, announced on the website.
9. Fair play and chat rules
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation tools other than the play modes we provide,
- Exploit bugs or errors (found one? Report it to [email protected] - don't abuse it),
- Harass, insult, or spam other players or staff in the live chat.
Breaking these rules can mean losing prizes, POINTS, and your account.
10. Our responsibility
- We work hard to keep the platform online during games, but we cannot promise the website, stream, or chat will never have interruptions.
- If a technical failure on our side stops a game from finishing fairly, we may pause, restart, or cancel the round. Cancelled rounds are refunded or credited.
- We are not responsible for problems caused by your own device or internet connection, or by your payment provider.
11. Responsible play
Bingo Aruba is entertainment, not income. Please read our Responsible Play page. You can ask us at any time to set a spending limit, pause your account, or close it - and we may do so ourselves to protect player wellbeing.
12. Changes, law, and disputes
- We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page; important changes are also announced on the website or by email.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be handled by the courts of Aruba.
